Shipping Information:

Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days, but during the month of December we are typically shipping in 5-7 business days. There are large items and special items that may vary.

NYSuperFan.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, Money Order and a few other forms of payment. All credit card information is processed safely and securely at the time of checkout via industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.

Exchange/Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. If you ordered the wrong size, or received the wrong item we will exchange your item within 30 days of date of purchase (not date received). The item must be new, unworn, un-washed, purchased only though www.nysuperfan.com, and in perfect condition for return. All returns must be received within 30 days to credit your card. Returns received after 30 from date of purchase are ineligable for refunds/exchanges. Shipping/Handling is non-refundable and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
